Tour Operator Website

A full website redesign for a Kenya safari operator — dozens of itineraries and excursions, an architecture built for search, and an experience that makes you want to go.

The Client

Safari Kenya 360 is the project of Ziro Epson, a safari and excursion operator based in Watamu, Kenya. He builds tailor-made trips through Africa’s most spectacular parks — Masai Mara, Amboseli, Tsavo, Lake Nakuru — for travelers looking for an authentic experience, with local guides and selected lodges.

A vast offering and first-hand knowledge of the territory — that the old site couldn’t showcase.

The Challenge

A tour operator’s website has a challenge of its own: a huge number of offerings — dozens of safari itineraries of varying lengths, dozens of excursions — that must be easy to explore without overwhelming the visitor. The redesign had to organize a vast catalogue into a clear, navigable structure, turn each itinerary into a page that captures a specific search, sell the experience through emotion and imagery, and guide visitors toward a request for information — the first step of any tailor-made trip.

The Approach

The heart of the project was architectural: I organized dozens of itineraries and excursions into a navigable mega-menu structure, grouping safaris by duration and excursions by type. Visitors find their way instantly, without getting lost in the richness of the offering.

Instead of concentrating everything on a few pages, I gave each safari and excursion its own dedicated page. Beyond clarity, the result is pure SEO: each page targets a specific search, so the site competes for dozens of travel queries rather than one.

Travel is chosen with the heart. Large savannah imagery, storytelling about magic and adventure, and a visual journey that moves from dream to concrete planning.

A four-step "how we organize your safari" section turns uncertainty into a reassuring process that leads naturally to a request for information — the site's real conversion goal.

FAQ schema markup for long-tail searches, a blog and travel-tips section built to attract organic traffic over time, and direct WhatsApp contact so no request is missed.

What Was Delivered

The result is a site that holds a vast offering with both order and desire: easy to explore, built to rank on Google, and designed to turn the dream of a safari into a concrete request.
